The 17th International Manufacturing Conference in China(IMCC 2017) will be held in Shenzhen, China on November 23-26, 2017, organized by IMCC Steering Committee, Production Engineering Institution of CMES (CPEI), Harbin Institute of Technology(Shenzhen) and Beijing Dumi Culture & Arts Development Co,.Ltd. IMCC 2017 will continue to promote the discipline development and research collaborations, and to foster the growth of young engineers and researchers in the field. The AREAS OF INTEREST covers Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Equipment, Material Forming Science and Technology, Digital Manufacturing and Intelligent Manufacturing, Green Manufacturing and Energy-saving Manufacturing Process, Modern Design Theory and Methodology, Ultra-Precision Machining, Energy Beam Machining, EDM/ECM Machining, Modern Manufacturing and Management, MEMS and Micro-Nano Manufacturing and other related areas in manufacturing. A number of projects with excellent progresses supported by NSFC will be reported and exhibited during the conference. Special events will be included in this conference: symposium for South Korean scholars, symposium for Chinese and Japanese scholars on ultra-precision processing, symposiums for CPEI’s professional branches (professional committees of precision engineering, cutting technology, measuring and testing techniques, precise assembly, etc.), symposium for mechanical engineering education, round table conference for intelligent manufacturing.
